I love Melissa and Doug toys and I love the idea of a travel memory game! I bought it for my foster children who are behind in school, hoping to give them an educational toy they could play over and over. It didn't happen. After two times of playing a board, one of the children who is in first grade but should be in kindergarten had the board memorized. It now sits in the closet and they have no interest in playing it. Again love the idea, but buy their hangman instead.

I liked the idea of this game the blocks are hard to flip over and when you do they cover the one behind it. If you leave the pieces standing up which my 3 year old didn't want to do then it is easy to play. the cards slide right out. putting a band at the top or something would make it easier to use and travel with.
Thanks!

I travel a lot of times to New York from Montreal. Being a mother of seven I can tell you how much more plesant my trips are. The kids fight less and they do not say "are we there yet?" I also have the HANGMAN it is great for the older children. I also teach special needs kids and I bring them to scholl and it great.

Really creative and fun way to make a travel memory game. Kids loved it.

I bought this for our road trip to Montana. 14 hours each way including the stops! I have a 5 1/2 and a 3 1/2. Both enjoyed this game in thier own way. My oldest played somewhat appropriately. Youngest just liked flipping the doors and looking at the pictures. They tired of it pretty quick though. Only about 30 minutes of play before it was tossed aside. I plan on using it for other rides in the future since they will only get better at understanding how to play.
